Memberships: All memberships purchased through our website are non-refundable. Membership fees are billed according to the terms agreed upon during sign-up and cannot be refunded, whether in full or prorated, even if you decide to cancel your membership before the end of the term.
Class Packages: Class packages, including any promotional or discounted packages, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure that you can commit to the classes before purchasing a package.

Personal Training Sessions: Personal training sessions purchased on our website are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.
